Biofuel and Biodiesel is the green fuel of the future.

Greenstar Biofuels - formerly Bioco Green Star is involved in the development of producing biofuel  and biodiesel from waste cooking oils and fats. This procedure has absolutely no harmful emissions to the environment. We will also collect Glycerine - the by-product of Biodiesel manufacture (min 4000 ltrs).

The process is relatively simple – by introducing a catalyst to the raw material (waste cooking oil) which is readily available from our sister company Oilco Cooking oils. The waste is transformed into two products, 80-90% Biodiesel which can be used in diesel engines and 10-20% glycerine which is a biodegradable degreaser. 

As well as our other plants we are commissioning a new plant in the west country.  Which will produce up to a 100,000 ltrs of biodiesel a week.  We are now looking for local authorities, councils and bus companies etc to make a commitment to start using this environmentaly friendly fuel.
